Getting to the Spa Retreat

If driving, the Spa retreat location is 4.5 hours from Dallas, 2.5 hours from Austin and 1 hour from Houston.

How will you be getting to the Spa Retreat location in Wallis TX? *

I will be driving my own car to Wallis, TX which is 1 hour west of Houston I will be getting dropped off I will be coming from Dallas, I will join the round trip van transport from Dallas for $100 I will fly in to Houston (HOU) between 5pm - 6:10pm and join the round trip airport transfer for $40. (Airport pick up is at 6:20pm)

If choosing the HOU airport flight option, You will need to arrive at the HOU airport at 6:10pm or earlier, pick uptime is at 6:20pm.
You will be returned back to the airport Monday, August 9th around 8:30am.
You will need to book a flight back home on this date starting at 10:30am or after.

Which payment option are you choosing? *

I will be paying in full I will be paying $30 fee to start a payment plan with a minimum $50 payment to have booking paid in full by June 20th, 2021

Payment plan terms
If starting a payment plan the $30 fee is in addition to the bed price, this fee does not go towards the bed price.
The minimum $50 down payment goes towards the bed price. The minimum payment plan 1st payment is $80 ($30 fee + $50 down payment)
All payment plan payments are due by the 20th of the month, a late fee of $5 is due if payment is not made by the 23th of the month.
If payment is not made by the 23th of the month. You will lose your booking, it will be terminated and your money would be returned if applicable, according to the cancellation policy and you will not be able to rebook the Spa Retreat.
The minimum payment on a payment plan is $100 unless it is the final payment
Payment plans must be paid in full by June 20th, 2021
There is a $30 service fee to cancel a payment plan booking or if a payment plan is terminated due to non payment.
The $30 payment plan fee is non refundable

Cancellation Policy
There is a $30 cancellation fee no matter the circumstance. (Unless the booking is cancelled by Awesometastic Life LLC or the Spa Retreat property owners)

If you cancel in the month of October 2020 - 95% of your money is returned, (Minus the $30 cancellation fee)
If you cancel in the month of November 2020 - 90% of your money is returned, (Minus the $30 cancellation fee)
If you cancel in the month of December 2020 - 85% of your money is returned, (Minus the $30 cancellation fee)
If you cancel in the month of January 2021- 80% of your money is returned, (Minus the $30 cancellation fee)
If you cancel in the month of February 2021- 75% of your money is returned, (Minus the $30 cancellation fee)
If you cancel in the month of March 2021 or after, there is no refund.

Yes, I would like to pay $70 to be able to cancel for any reason and receive all of my money back minus the $30 service fee and the $70 Travel protection cost (Total $100), as long as I cancel by deadline date June 30th, 2021. This protection must be paid within 14 days of my 1st payment date. Fees and Travel protection is per person.
If you are sharing a room and one or 2 of your roommates on your booking cancels, you will have to find a new roommate within 10 days if you would like to keep that room.
Or you can pay the additional balance within 10 days for it to cover the new amount of people in the room as long as it is before August 1st, 2021. If not, your booking will be terminated and your money would be returned if applicable, according to the cancellation policy and you will not be able to rebook the Spa Retreat.

In the event that the Spa retreat property is canceled by the owners of the property or by Awesometastic Life LLC, A new location will be provided.
If a new location can not be provided, You will receive a 100% refund.
