Our Premium All Inclusive room rentals are very similar to a Residential Care Home.
We only allow a max of 3 renters in our home.
We run our room rentals similar to a Residential care home or assisted living facililty
What's the difference between a Residential care home, nursing home and assisted living?
Both nursing homes and residential care homes provide care and support between 12 and 24 hours a day, however the main difference is that a nursing home is able to provide a higher level of medical care. This also means that nursing homes can be significantly more expensive, depending on what type of care you need.
Care homes are similar to assisted living facilities, but Care homes usually have less amenities, less employees and less patients than a assisted living facility.
Care homes are typically in single family home in family friendly neighborhoods.

Our home is in a residential neighborhood, we are equipped, adapted, and staffed to care for up to 3 residents.
Renting rooms that also provide care giver services are often half the cost of nursing home care, and in some states, it is even more affordable than assisted living care.
Considered a long-term care option, residential home care expenses are most frequently paid for out-of-pocket or by a combination of other methods such as Social
Security, pensions, Veterans benefits, insurance, home equity, and various savings.
Due to our care home only allowing 3 residents or less, a license is not required.
