    Please keep in mind, once your room is booked, you can not add a person to your room.
    So if you are not sure if your friends or family are coming, don't pay the deposit yet until you are 100% sure of who will be in your room!
    Once your room is booked, if you have a friend or family member who also wants to join this trip.
    They will need to sign up with their own separate room.
    (The number of beds you request in your room is not guaranteed)
    The minimum deposit for your room is $50 per person, you can pay more. You CAN NOT pay with a prepaid card, a gift card or a Discover card.
    By clicking submit, You are agreeing to Awesometastic Life Travel Services terms of service. You also understand that if YOU cancel your booking for any reason, not including and not limited to for example: an act of god such as a Hurricane, Pandemic, or Epidemic. YOU will have to pay a $20 fee per person for canceling. 
By going on an Awesometastic Life LLC booked experiences, not limited to a ​personal trip, travel club trip, rental car and/or activity you are agreeing to these terms of Awesometastic Life's cancellation policy and liability waiver.
Cancellation Policy
There will be a minimum fee of $20 per person for all 18+ adults per booking who cancels.
If you purchase "Cancel for any reason" Travel insurance or the travel insurance that you've purchased with your booking covers the reason for your cancellation.
You will not have to pay any fees to Awesometastic Life travel services for canceling your trip.
After your trip gets booked by Travel Agent Chris:
You will be expected to follow through with your trip.
In the event that you need to cancel your trip please take notice of the following fees:

Be sure to ask Chris the actual Awesometastic Life Travel Services fee for canceling your specific trip.
This fee does not include fees that the suppliers such as airlines and resorts charge to cancel.
This fee will need to be paid to Awesometastic Life Travel Services before the cancellation process can begin.
If you make a change on your trip, but do not have any cancel the entire trip, there is NO FEE.
If the trip/booking isn't canceled by you, but is canceled by of the supplier such the resort, the cruise, the airlines, car rental etc. you will not have to pay Awesometastic Life cancelation fee. Also if the trip/booking is canceled because of an act of god, terrorism, virus or disease outbreak or certain things out of your control.
You will not have to pay Awesometastic Life cancelation fee.
