Hello, I'm Brenda owner of Now and Zen Bodyworks located in the Westgrove Plaza, the elegant retreat accommodates not only bodywork but treatments such as foot scrubs and wraps.  While my specialties are deep tissue and sports massage, I have a variety of modalities that I employ.
