    Between 1 and 4 people in 1 room - 500sqft
    Studio - 1 Queen bed 1 sofa bed - $1,700 total
    Between 2 and 6 people in 1 room - 1,100sqft
    2 Bedroom - 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, & 1 sofa bed - $2,700
    Between 3 and 8 people in 1 room - 1,300sqft
    3 bedroom - 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed, 1 Twin Bunk Bed and 1 Queen Sofa Bed - $3,700

    The minimum deposit for the Hotel only is $100 per person.
    Hotel Cancellation Policy:
    Cancel OUTSIDE 7 Days $49 PENALTY
    Cancel INSIDE 7 days 100% PENALTY
    Hotel Fees due at check in
    You'll be asked to pay the following charges at the property:
    Resort fee: $35+ tax per night
    ​    Keep in mind hotels typically have a refundable security deposit fee due at check in also that you will need a debit or credit card for
    These fees typically range from $100 - $300
    Travel Insurance option is approximately $140 per person to cover up to $2,000 per person worth of coverage for the non refundable aspects of your trip, such as hotel, flight, activities and airport transportation.
    Travel insurance will refund you 75% of your money if you cancel for any reason or $100% of your money if you cancel for a covered reason.
    Keep in mind, things like, travel protection, subway/taxi/uber/lyft rides, food, drinks, airport transportation, activities etc. are all additional charges.
