This is a quiet and respectful complex.
NOISE: Respect and do not disturb the neighbors please.. No activity after 11 PM that will cause unreasonable noise or disturbance to the neighbors.
NO Smoking/Drug Policy: There is no smoking or drugs allowed - by anyone staying in the house or visiting - anywhere in the house. If you smoke outside please pick up your cigarette buds.
Do NOT remove the furniture from the house.

The TV is a smart TV . There will be two remotes sitting below the TV. Please replace the remotes below the TV when you leave.Samsung TV Remote: you should use this to turn the TV on/off or to adjust volume. Press Smart hub to access Netflix, Hulu, HBONow, and the Spectrum app…etc
Bedroom TV:
You must use the Roku to watch Spectrum Cable TV. You can access the Spectrum channel by pressing the home button on the Roku remote. Please keep remotes in TV area. Netflix and Hulu available for your use. Use guest profile.
COFFEE:
We provide a Keurig® single serve coffee maker. USING the Keurig® brewer,
1. Place a mug on the Drip Tray. If Cup is too big remove drip tray.
2. Select a K-Cup® pod, place firmly in the Pod Holder.
3. Select a Brew Size.
4. Lower the Handle.
5. Press the Brew Button and enjoy your first cup!
CAUTION: There is extremely hot water in the K-Cup® pod during the brew process. Do not lift the handle during brew process. Use only water in this appliance! Do not put any other liquids or foods in the Water Reservoir. Always keep the Water lid on the Reservoir unless you are refilling it. Do not use the appliance for other than its intended use. We also have a Regular Coffee pot in the counter next to the stove to the left. Coffee pot has permanent filter.
CLEANING SUPPLIES:
Are located under the sink. More supplies, mop and broom are located in the laundry room next to washing machine.
COUNTER:
Please do not cut directly on the counter as knives can leave permanent marks. Please use cutting board.
DISPOSAL:
The disposal button is on the kitchen counter to the right of the faucet. Please have the water running while disposal is on. Do not rely on the disposal for large messes and do not put glass in disposal please.
DISHWASHER:
Detergent pods are located under the sink. Place a pod in the plastic detergent holder in the door of the dishwasher and close the holder. Then close the dishwasher door. Run garbage disposal before washing dishes. Load all dishes except pans, pans must be washed by hand and start dishwasher.
REFRIGERATOR:
Anything in the fridge is available for you to use.
KITCHEN STORAGE:
Glassware and plates in upper cabinets. Pots/pans are in the cabinets to the right of the stove. Utensils are in the top drawer next to the stove. Kitchen cloths are in the top drawer in Kitchen Island.
WASHER/DRYER:
Detergent is not provided. Operating instructions are fairly self-explanatory on the machine buttons.
SAFE INSTRUCTIONS:
PROGRAM A NEW PASSCODE
Enter the preset pass code: “0”-“0”–“0”-“E”.
Turn knob to right within 5 seconds.
Lock bolts should recede into the unlocked position.
With door open, press reset button inside door. Remove battery door to expose red reset button.
Yellow light is on, enter new pass code in 30 seconds.
Enter new code (3 to 8 digits) followed by “E”. Press “C” to clear entry if wrong digit is entered.
Safe will beep and yellow light will turn off.
NOTE: The 000 pre-set code will not work after a new pass code is programmed. Be sure you remember the code you use. Safe will not open without it and for your safety safe has no alternate code.
TO OPEN THE SAFE
1. To unlock and open safe, enter the pass code followed by “E”.
2. Green light will turn on.
3. You will have 5 seconds to turn door entry knob to the right and open door.
TO CLOSE THE SAFE
1. Close the door and hold it in the closed position.
2. Turn door entry knob to left to engage the lock bolts and lock safe.
